30-Day Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us.
For first-time customers, we’ll always make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Send a replacement
- Issue a refund
- Help troubleshoot usage
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or you received the wrong item:
- Email us at [your email] with your order number
- Include a photo if applicable
If the issue was on our end, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement (including shipping).
Used Products
We understand you need to try the product.
If it’s not a fit, reach out. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair.
Please note that excessive use before requesting a refund may not qualify.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we don’t typically require returns.
In certain cases, we may ask for the item to be sent back and will provide instructions if needed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to our error.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this policy.
