Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days once shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days once shipped.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—these will be clearly noted on our website or during checkout.

International Orders

  • At this time, we do not offer or accept orders requiring international shipping. Any such orders placed will be cancelled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package appears lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please reach out to us at support@iyobodycare.com with your order number.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll be happy to send a replacement or provide a refund.
